The starting and ending point of your Do Dham heli-tour is the Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad in Dehradun.

Arrival Timing:
Please arrive in Dehradun in advance to ensure timely reporting at 5:30 AM at the Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad.

Tour Briefing & Luggage:
Our team will conduct a short tour briefing at the helipad. Please pack your essential items in a hand bag. A maximum of 3- kg per person is allowed.

Day 1
Reporting Time:
Report at 5 :30 at Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad
Board to helicopter to fly from Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad to Guptkashi Helipad Shuttle service
On arrival at Guptkashi we operate the shuttle services from Kedarnath base helipad to Kedarnath holy shrine (Kedarnath Helipad).
Shri Kedarrnath temple is approx. 500 meters away from the helipad (walking distance) and it will take approx. 15 min to reach holy Kedarnath Shrine.
After Darshan, fly back to Base Helipad
Board to helicopter to fly from Guptkashi / Phata / Sersi Helipad to Badrinath helipad
Lunch at Badrinath.
At Badrinath our ground staff will escort you for Darshan. After Darshan, board on helicopter to fly back to Dehradun

Inclusions

  • Helicopter flying from Dehradun to the Do Dham shrines, & back. Priority VIP darshan at both Kedarnath and Badrinath temples. Convenient helicopter shuttle service between Kedarnath base helipad and Kedarnath.

Payments Terms

  • We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques, and UPI The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour unless full and final payment for the tour has been completed.

Tour Guidelines

  • VIP Darshans are subject to the orders issued by the temple authorities and State government.
  • In view of helicopters’ weight-carrying capacity, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for hills flying as per the Life safety and CAR Section 08Regulation of India. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
  • FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS: This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and departure timings of each destination is fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs. However, Diamond Hospitalities reserves the right to change/postpone the timings of flying one day prior, subject to weather/force majeure reasons.
  • BAGGAGEALLOWANCE: Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 3 kgs is allowed per passenger. It is not permitted to carry suitcases or big travel bags in the helicopter.
  • Arrival/departure details must be provided at the time of booking so that we can smoothly operate the tour.
  • Kedarnath shuttle service: Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath ji in a shuttle service flight. And it is likely that passengers travelling together may not be accommodated on the same flight. Additional Charges: In the event of any sudden increase in taxes or levies imposed by the State Government or temple authorities, the additional costs will be borne by the passengers.
  • Yatra Registration: If online yatra registration is mandatory, passengers will be required to complete the registration prior to travel.
  • Clothing and Footwear: Comfortable clothing, such as woollen jackets, track suits or Kurtas, are recommended for the tour. For footwear, passengers should wear sports or trekking shoes for convenience and comfort.
  • On-Site Assistance: We have our own dedicated crew at each of the Dham locations. They will be available to assist passengers throughout the journey.
  • Child Policy: Child above 2 years of age considered as full Ticket. Any donations, tips, pitthu, extra porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
  • Mobile network connectivity at hill stations is comparatively poor. BSNL, Airtel & Jio are the main telecom service- providers that work in these regions.
  • Health and Safety Advisory: All temples in the Do Dham sector are located at high altitudes. Passengers are advised to carry necessary medications and warm clothing, as temperatures can drop drastically during the evenings and nights.
  • For Senior Citizens and Those with Medical Conditions: We strongly recommend that senior citizens and individuals with medical concerns consult a doctor and undergo a medical check-up before commencing the yatra. A medical check-up is especially important if a passenger has any pre-existing health conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES
  • COVID protocols must be adhered by the passengers as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding shall be denied to the passengers without refund.
  • SEATING CAPACITY
  • The seating capacity of our helicopter is 18-20passengers.
  • HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATION
  • Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 1400 kg (excluding baggage weight). Passengers are taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions, and the pilot’s call will be final. Hence, passengers are required to provide us with their accurate body weights at the time of booking.
  • OVERWEIGHT CHARGES
  • Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 1500/ kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax).
  • Discrepancy & Exceedance of Weight: Passengers must submit their accurate weights at the time of booking. Submitting incorrect weights may lead to passengers being debarred from boarding without any refund.
  • RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING
  • Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 15% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 30 days before the arrival date. In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
  • Force majeure & bad weather refund policy
  • In case of tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund will be given after deducting charges for the utilized services (Transportation, Hotel, Food & Accommodation, and flight preparation charge of INR 5000 Per Person +GST)
  • Uncovered Dham Refunds: In the event of missing any Dham due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund of INR 20,000 per person / per Dham will be provided.
  • WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
  • Flying in hills is subject to weather condition, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.

  • Booking Policy:
  • Full payment required at the time of booking.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and weather conditions.
  • Passengers must carry valid Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.).
  • Weight Policy:
  • Each passenger can carry a maximum of 3 - 5 kg luggage due to weight limitations.
  • Passengers above 75 kg may be charged extra 1500/- per person as per helicopter company guidelines.
  • Helicopter Weight Limitation
  • Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 450 kg (excluding baggage weight). Passengers are taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions, and the pilot's call will be final. Hence, passengers are required to provide us with their exact body weights at the time of booking
  • General Guidelines:
  • Passengers must report at least 1 hour before departure.
  • Maintain discipline at temples and follow local guidelines. Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited during the journey.
  • Use of mobile phones inside the helicopter is restricted for safety reasons.
  • Important Information:
  • Baggage Limit: Max 3 - 5 kg per passenger
  • Weight Limit: Additional charges 1500/- per person may apply for passengers above 75 kg
  • Weather Conditions: Flights depend on weather clearance Advance Booking Required
  • Final Package Price (Including GST):
  • Per Person Cost (Including 5% GST): ₹136500/-
  • Pickup & Drop (Airport to Sahastradhara - One Way): ₹6500/- Extra Weight Charges (Above 75 kg): ₹1500 per extra kg

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If passengers cancel their booking, following cancellation charges will be applicable –
  • More than 31 Days prior to travel date 10,000 Per Person will be deducted
  • 30 to 20 days prior to travel date: 25% of total tour cost will be deducte
  • 19 to 15 days prior to travel date 50% of total tour cost will be deducted
  • 14 – 08 days prior to travel date: 75% of total tour cost will be deducted
  • 07 Days or less prior to travel date: No Refund
  • No show: No Refund.
  • After commencement of the tour: No Refund.
